The scientific conference "6th Young Researchers' Day" was held on December 5th, 2024 at the Department of Chemistry with the aim of gathering young scientists and researchers from the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek within its components: Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek, Faculty of Food Technology Osijek, Faculty of Medicine Osijek, Faculty of Dental Medicine and Health Osijek, Department of Chemistry, Department of Biology and Department of Physics, and Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Informatics.
The second section of the lecture was moderated by teachers from the Faculty of Dental Medicine and Health Osijek, Prof. Martina Smolić, PhD, Vice-Dean for Science and Postgraduate Studies, and Prof. Branko Dmitrović, PhD, Vice-Dean for Teaching and Students.
Lectures were also given by assistants from the Faculty of Dental Medicine and Health in Osijek:
- Renata Sikora,DMD on the topic "Concentrations of pro-inflammatory cytokines in sulcus fluid in patients with temporomandibular disorders treated with a stabilization splint"
- Ivan Včev, MSc on the topic "Galen and the arrogance of life: democratization of apotheosis through art and philosophy"
