We are proud to announce that two members of our Student Council, Mateja Lenić and Lovro Mikšić, participated in the celebration of IBCLC Breastfeeding Consultant Day organized by the Croatian Association of IBCLC Breastfeeding Consultants (HUSD). IBCLC Consultant Day is celebrated worldwide on the first Wednesday in March, and this year it was on March 5th, 2025. On the occasion of this special event, a gathering for mothers with children and their family members was organized for the first time this year, which was held in the premises of Stara Pekara, with a series of educational workshops and interesting content.
This event was free for all participants, and we would like to thank the Croatian Association of IBCLC Breastfeeding Consultants and their president, Master of Nursing Zorica Kovač, for the organization and invitation. We hope that this cooperation will be the basis for future joint activities.
