Project summary
The project aims to increase students’ employability by systematically improving the quality of professional practice and strengthening the connection between higher education, healthcare institutions and labour market needs. The project activities include the implementation and evaluation of professional practice, the development of clinical and mentoring competences, career guidance, the expansion of the alumni community, and the strengthening of the Faculty’s institutional capacities for the preparation, implementation and monitoring of professional practice.
During the project, a total of 250 professional placements with employers are planned, together with nine evaluations of professional practice, eight career guidance activities and six alumni events. Students of dental medicine, nursing and physiotherapy will have the opportunity to develop the practical, professional and communication competences required for a successful transition into the labour market. At the same time, the Faculty will develop a sustainable and improved model of professional practice aligned with the needs of the modern healthcare system.
