In collaboration with Danijela Kelić Vulin, univ.spec.oec., the Student Council of the Faculty of Dental Medicine and Health Osijek organized a five-week training entitled "From Financial Literacy to Prosperity". The goal of this lecture cycle was to train students in smart financial management, investing and planning for the future, which is a key skill in everyday life.

Danijela Kelić Vulin has extensive experience in the field of financial consulting, investment analysis and portfolio management. During her career, she participated in the approval of more than 150 housing loans and provided support to VIP clients in managing savings and investment products. Her knowledge and practical approach enabled students to acquire useful and applicable financial skills.
Through five modules, participants were introduced to key topics:
- Fundamentals of financial literacy – understanding money, budgeting and financial goals
- Managing personal finances – how to properly manage income and avoid debt
- Investments and planning for the future – investments, pension insurance and long-term financial security
- Communication with financial institutions – how to negotiate loans and savings products
- Financial tools and techniques for saving – practical tips for reducing costs and increasing savings
The lectures were interactive, with the opportunity to ask questions and discuss real financial challenges. Active participants who attended all sessions received certificates of participation, which will serve as a valuable addition to their professional portfolios.
The education was extremely well received by students, and the positive reactions confirm the importance of financial literacy in academic and future professional careers. The FDMZ Student Council will continue to organize similar content to provide students with practical knowledge outside the framework of regular studies.
