BASICS OF MOTOR TRANSFORMATIONS

Acquirement of knowledge necessary for following and learning of course content in specific discipline.

Legality of planning and programming of trainings in sports activities in healthy organism and accomplishment of transformational processes affected by target motorically structured activities; formation of motoric stereotype of movement; raising training status; introduction in training theory; introduction in kinesiological methodology, anthropometry; control of transformational process. Education of non-swimmers and specialization of swimming techniques.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

  1. Explain training theory
  2. Explain the need for evidence of motor testing,
  3. Create a plan and program of the transformation process based on the results of motor skills testing
  4. Analyze the results of motor testing with a designed program of the transformation process
  5. Demonstrate the components of the transformation process
  1. Critically evaluate the application of the transformation process in people with reduced ability to perform normal movement
