PALLIATIVE CARE

Definition and structure of palliative care, shapes and locations of conducting, objectives, and idea of hospice movement. Team structure and team members, procedures and types of health care providing in units of palliative care in hospital spaces, doctors’ office or arrival at home of sick person in arrangement with local health service, all under constant connection with the hospice for assurance of care continuity. 

Acquirement of additional knowledge necessary for participation in teamwork and professional and responsible physical therapy conducting.
