There are no required course materials for the course Physical and Health Education seeing how there is no exam to be passed. Students are referred to literature related to physical and health education, along with improvement and preservation of health, proper nutrition, prevention of injuries, history of sports, rules of sports, ways and goals of training, importance of regular exercise throughout life, news in sports, recreation and kinesiotherapy.
