Neurology Basics of neuroanatomy, neurologic diagnostics, basics of neurophysiology, consciousness and higher nervous function,pathophysiology of motor system disorder,syndromes ofincreased intracranial pressure and meningeal irritation, epilepsy, cerebrovascular disease, brain tumours and spinal cord tumours, diseases of the extrapyramidal system, neuromuscular diseases, demyelinating diseases, inflammatory diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system, functional headaches, closed craniocerebral trauma, malformation of the central nervous system, neurocranium and spinal canal, selected chapters from paediatric neurology, clinical syndromes of cranial nerves disorders, peripheral nerve compression syndrome, clinical syndromes of coordination disorders and vestibulardysfunction after damage.

- Recognize the specific clinical picture of various neurological diseases
- Describe diagnostic procedures in the diagnosis of neurological diseases and disorders
- Explain specific neurological therapy (indications, contraindications, interactions, side effects)
- Recognize emergencies in neurology with differential-diagnostic judgment
- Describe the concepts of mental health and mental illness,
- Recognize and understand theories of mental health
- Describe treatment options for psychopathological disorders, organic disorders, addiction disorders, schizophrenic disorders, affective disorders, neurotic disorders, somatomorphic disorders, behavioral disorders, personality disorders
