Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
1. explain the role of lifelong learning in professional development;
2. describe the main characteristics of the adult learning process;
3. establish group rules, guide discussion on different types of issues;
4. evaluate the work of the group;
5. plan and conduct a presentation using information technology (IT);
6. apply various techniques for evaluating educational programs;
7. apply techniques of critical reading.
