Development of students’ physical readiness for physical endurance.
Students can choose among various sports activities (football, basketball, exercise in the gym, swimming, etc.).

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. Self-evaluate personal physical fitness
2. Self-assess personal physical capabilities and boundaries
3. Support the importance of physical activity for the purpose of preserving and improving physical and mental health
4. Choose the optimal way of exercising with regard to the desired goal (skeletal muscle hypertrophy, increase in strength, improvement of physical endurance)
